The doctor is very kind, and when I tell them the parts I’m worried about, they listen carefully and seem to try to reflect that in the treatment. However, I don’t know if it’s my face that’s the problem or what, but the effect is....... The director seems a bit lacking in professionalism. It didn’t feel like we communicated very well.
