The director was kind during the consultation and spoke honestly and clearly, saying whether the breast shape I wanted would or wouldn’t work with the conditions I have, and how much improvement could be expected. It wasn’t a “just trust me, you’ll look so much better after surgery” kind of vibe. It was more like, “This can improve to this extent, I’ll improve it as much as possible, but there are limits, and it will end up around this level.” The consultation manager was also kind, and I’m considering surgery.
