First they talked about the estimate as soon as I sat down, and when the director came in, I explained the desired design and the problems, but they answered without much certainty. Still, they listened kindly. We talked for about 10 minutes, then the manager came back and while talking, answered questions vaguely and seemed eager to finish quickly. They looked very bothered, so I paid the consultation fee and left.
