I made an appointment with Dr. Choi Moon-seop to consult about eye surgery and went there. The clinic facilities were neat and nice. Dr. Choi Moon-seop spoke in a soft, calm tone and explained in detail what method of surgery should be used, the surgical approach, and why that surgery was necessary. He may have seemed a little blunt, but while consulting, I felt enough trust. I visited several hospitals for consultations, and this was one of the two that I liked. I was very drawn to it, but compared to other places, the price was high, so I'm debating it. I'll ask again about the price and go ahead if it fits my budget.
