On the day of the consultation, they called and asked me to come a little earlier because of the doctor's personal schedule. I thought that was understandable, so I adjusted and went. But even though the time hadn’t come yet, they kept calling to ask when I was coming, which was a little annoying. After I went in, I waited about 5 minutes and then had a consultation with the manager. She understood what I wanted well and consulted me well. After that, the director came in and gave a really, very thorough consultation! He presented two methods, explained each one in detail, and let me choose the method I wanted.
