It’s been almost 8 years. Back then I really wanted a semi-ski-slope line, so I had it done, but now I don’t like it and I’m trying to get revision surgery. When I went for a revision consultation and asked around, they said there are hardly any places that use artificial cartilage, and that removing it would probably be quite difficult, so I was a bit flustered.. Also, they said the silicone was placed way, way too high, almost attached toward the forehead, so I was a bit taken aback.. But back then, my nose needed more cartilage so I had to use it and did use it The director was really kind, and at the time I was satisfied with my nose too
