I went for a consultation for double-eyelid revision surgery, and out of nowhere they said I needed to do my forehead. They said my current eyes were done in an old-fashioned, tacky style and asked where I had the surgery, while snickering with a mocking laugh. I was honestly dumbfounded. The hospital was full of food smells, and the desk staff were unbelievably unfriendly. The consultant was at least relatively kind. The biggest highlight was that they extremely hated being asked questions.
