I remember there was a consultation fee, and I’m not sure if that was just the director’s style or the person themselves, but to put it kindly, they seemed cool and detached; otherwise, I felt they were a bit rude. Even when I asked the director all sorts of questions, the answer was always that there was no problem. That was a big reason I didn’t choose this hospital.
