About 4 years ago I had square-jaw surgery behind the ear here. It’s a hospital with expertise, so there were no problems, and it came out with a nice shape without becoming overly angular. The only disappointing part is that, when viewed from behind the ear, the scar is still somewhat visible, which is a bit unfortunate Other than that, I’m fairly satisfied.
