My square jaw was severe when viewed from the side, so I decided on surgery. I work, and because I wanted to be a little less swollen, I learned about posterior-ear square jaw surgery. I think the recovery period was 3 days? They said that if I had surgery on Friday, I could go to work on Monday, so I did it right away. I only wanted to remove as much as possible, but the doctor stopped me, saying that would make me look like I had a dog jaw. He said a little angle behind the ear had to remain for it to look natural and pretty. Since he's the doctor, he's probably done many surgeries and seen many people, right? So I listened to him, and after the surgery I thought that if I'd done exactly what I wanted, it probably wouldn't have been pretty. After the swelling went down, my side profile really looked quite different to me. Before and after, the angle was there in both, but after surgery it was definitely more harmonious and pretty But now that some time has passed, I realized that even if they cut a little, there is still some sagging skin. So the skin under my ear is folding a lot. I'm planning to get liposuction or maybe do some tightening management soon.
