A clinic review from a community

I have a large scar on my calf, so I saw their blog and thought the results looked good, so I went for a consultation. The director seemed confident, and said thin scars improve with just 2-3 sessions. They said it’s a laser that regular hospitals don’t have, and that there are only 8 of them in Asia. They said it’s a laser that completely removes scar tissue.. Anyway, they explained things well and I was thinking of trying it, but scar laser is 5 million won per session lololololol I thought I’d heard wrong, so I asked, “5 million won for one session?” and the staff member said rudely, “Yes, all the machines are different. It’s an expensive machine.” They said since the scar is large, I’d probably need about 4 sessions, so they’re telling me to pay 20 million won for scar laser? Looking at reviews here, it seems like there are people who didn’t see much effect either, I was seriously dumbfounded, so I just paid the 10,000 won consultation fee and left…. I feel really weird.
