The consultant bragged a lot that the director is good at medial epicanthoplasty without scars, and during the consultation with the director, they also kept recommending medial epicanthoplasty. They said they would do double eyelid surgery under sedation anesthesia, then medial epicanthoplasty after local anesthesia, but I didn’t like the idea of doing double eyelid surgery under sedation, so I didn’t do it here.
