I went for a consultation for revision surgery for a chalk-stick nose and pinched nose after septal extension and lateral osteotomy. As soon as the doctor looked at my nose, they said it would be good to restore the osteotomy. Honestly, most other hospitals said osteotomy restoration could not be done and told me to just live with it, so when I heard that osteotomy restoration was possible, I felt hope. Rather than simply making the nose higher, it is important to place things properly where they need to be, and the doctor seemed to prefer natural-looking noses. They said the pinched nose could be released through cartilage repositioning, and while showing me photos of cases similar to mine, they clearly explained what was possible and what was not. They explained the nasal structure in depth, and although they were not warm and friendly, I actually liked that they spoke clearly. I think it is worth getting a consultation if you want a natural-looking nose.
