I had it done about 10 years ago, so I do not remember the doctor’s name or the cost exactly But I remember there was only one doctor, so I think it would be the same as now. I’m living with it and am reasonably satisfied. The back definitely opened up, but the outer corner of the eye does not droop. Because it was a long time ago, they used a method of directly cutting the skin, so the lashes at the end are missing, which makes my eyes look a bit more open.. Anyway, no one recognized that I had surgery, and it was purely for my own satisfaction.
