The consultation manager explained almost everything, and the doctor explained things almost exactly the same as the consultation manager did. But I didn’t feel that they really grasped my needs in detail or that they were being particularly sincere in the consultation. It felt more like a typical nose surgery estimate than a surgery tailored to my nose.. That was disappointing.
