8 years ago, my older brother had osteotomy and nasal tip surgery. My brother absolutely hated an obvious chalk-like nose, and he also didn’t want to put in an implant, which is a foreign material, so he went around to several places. In the end, he had surgery here (I remember the director explained things in detail during the consultation). It has a very naturally high and defined feel. The scar doesn’t show because his skin isn’t light and his skin quality is decent. I think the surgery went well.
