It's already been 12 years since my nose surgery I had Gore-Tex inserted, and for the tip they used AlloDerm and ear cartilage, and they even took out the septal cartilage to do one A/S touch-up for me, and it turned out so natural that, if you put it positively, it didn't look obvious and became a bit prettier, and if you put it negatively, it really didn't show at all So I lived well with it. But after 10 years, the nose tip sank again.... so I'm planning to go back for a consultation~
