I asked about nose and philtrum/lip surgery, but they didn’t tell me the cost for the nose and only gave me the scar-area cost in a scripted way, which was frustrating. Since functional + cosmetic nose surgery is common these days, I asked whether the actual medical insurance reimbursement would be possible for septal deviation surgery, and they told me to ask the ENT department.. That’s true, but I asked because my concern wasn’t primarily the function, so I was disappointed that they didn’t really get the point.
