I visited for a consultation because they’ve been in the field a long time and are well known. The consultation with the consultation manager lasted longer than the consultation with the doctor, and honestly, there was a lot of pressure to book on the same day. They were very interested in which other hospitals I had been to (not sure why;) and after explaining the surgery, they didn’t ask if I had more questions. They kept signaling to the consultation manager with their eyes to wrap up the consultation, so I felt pressured and couldn’t even ask a few proper questions before just leaving. Honestly, I feel like if something goes wrong later, I’d be too intimidated to ask anything, so I went there intending to book that day but ended up just turning around and leaving.
