The waiting time was a little long. After the tests were done and before the director consultation, I had a preliminary consultation with the manager first and then proceeded. The director was someone who had already been mentioned on other community sites and such, so I went in expecting to wait quite a while. It felt like they were explaining only the necessary points, leaving out anything unnecessary. It felt like taking a master class. More than anything, the virtual surgery preview here was interesting, and after the manager and director consultations, when I got one more round, they explained what kind of aftercare there would be and gave the estimate, and so on. Overall it was a satisfying consultation, one of the places I left a deposit for.
