I wish they had consulted with a little more consideration for the patient’s perspective. If they just write prices all over the desk, it’s hard to understand.. From the middle on, I feel like I was almost zoning out while listening to the consultation. And there was some waiting here and there, but I already knew that to some extent, so it was okay. I had high expectations, so it was a bit disappointing.
