Even with my very demanding and sensitive requests, they explained things kindly and carefully and also suggested a direction. They didn’t recommend excessive procedures beyond what I wanted, and since my eyes are difficult, I was very worried, but they spoke in an easy and comfortable way, so my worry and anxiety decreased a lot. I’ve had consultations at a total of 8 places so far, and I think the consultation satisfaction here is the highest.
