I went there two years ago for treatment and consultation, and at the time my schedule was tight so I booked the surgery right away on the day of the consultation, but the staff were careless and unfriendly. I had booked double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, but on the day of surgery the doctor said something like, as if hearing it for the first time, “Are you also doing epicanthoplasty?” and I still remember being even more flustered.
