I had incisional double eyelid surgery + non-incisional eye correction + inner corner canthoplasty in June 2019. + I had one more follow-up treatment in June 2020. I live in Seoul, but since it was a hospital famous by word of mouth, I went all the way to Incheon, which took 1 hour 40 minutes, to have the surgery there.
Chief Director Jo Hyun-jong performed the surgery! I kept saying in the operating room that I didn't care about the line and wanted it as natural as possible, so maybe because of that, even though it was incisional double eyelid surgery, it is so natural and pretty that people around me keep asking for the hospital information~ I truly thank the director
If I don't say I had surgery, people around me can't really tell. I've even heard people ask if I was born with natural double eyelids. When I say I had surgery, they ask if it was buried method?? and say it looks natural. But I had a full incision because I had a lot of flesh and fat in my eye socket
It is normal for swelling to go down unevenly after surgery, but because it seemed like the line was uneven, I called the hospital a lot saying I might need revision and visited often, and all the staff responded kindly, and the director kindly checked my progress and explained things!
Later it seemed like the right side had a bit more eye correction than the left, so I called again many times and visited the hospital often asking to loosen it, but all the staff responded kindly... The director asked if I was very uncomfortable, said he would make it pretty, and carefully consulted with me until just before the surgery, and after the follow-up treatment I'm satisfied and living well~
