I booked a consultation because the reviews looked so pretty, and first of all, the staff were very kind. There was no pressure to book or anything like that, and the consultation manager was very empathetic and explained everything carefully step by step The director is straightforward, for starters. They clearly told me what would happen, that this much needed to be done, and that certain results would not come out. Overall, I was satisfied..!
