I failed three surgeries in a row, and my upturned nose wouldn’t go down, so after hearing from someone at another hospital that this place was good, I went there thinking it would be my last try and had surgery. They used septal cartilage and silicone, but it’s been almost ten years now and you can still see my nostrils exactly the same, and the side profile looks like this. In the end I had another revision somewhere else. Is it really that hard to lower an upturned nose? I don’t know why it failed every time. This place isn’t specialized in revision nose surgery either.
