This was my first nose consultation, so I went to a place I had looked into ten years ago! It seemed like a place with almost no advertising. I went without deciding on a nose standard or model, and the doctor told me to come having clearly set the nose I wanted as a standard. I felt like I was getting scolded, but since he was right, I understood...! He looked at my nose and said my septum was deviated, and that while correcting it they would insert silicone and use ear cartilage and septal cartilage. But he was concerned that my septum was small, and also said it would be better to dissolve the filler and then come back for another consultation.
