Even though my nasal bridge isn’t high, I didn’t want a high nose, so I didn’t put in a nasal bridge implant! For the nasal tip, I wanted to use my facial muscles a bit more naturally, so I had surgery with ear cartilage! And they said lateral osteotomy would create an optical illusion that makes it look a little higher, so I did that too haha My nose was a little long compared with my face, so I’m worried it might look even longer.. I’m also worried that because I had surgery without building a nasal tip support strut, the ear cartilage might collapse quickly... I haven’t even removed the splint yet, but I already have so many thoughtsㅠㅠ And some people say ear cartilage makes a pig nose possible, while others say it doesn’t.. Cosmetic surgery is really something you think you understand, then you don’t hahah
Oh, and when you get nose surgery, most people have packing put in, right? When I looked it up, it seems there are some doctors who don’t use packing hehe I didn’t have it, so it was at least bearable for me... Breathing only through the mouth is so painful..☆
