About two years ago, I went because they said they were running an event for non-incisional alar reduction for 500,000 won. Well, the result was just not great. Right after it was done, I think it looked okay, but when surgery is done non-incisionally, it seems they use a method of tying with thread inside the nose. They clearly said it was absorbable thread, but it stayed inside my nose for about a year. At first, I thought there was something like a scab, so I touched it, and after touching it, a pointed piece of thread was sticking up. I asked about it, but they kept saying it was absorbable thread and to wait a little longer. It was irritating the inside of my nose so much that it hurt, so when I touched it with a bit of force, it came undone lol I’m going to get alar reduction again.. This time I’m just going to do it with an incision. I really don’t recommend non-incisional surgery
