From the left, these are recent photos from 2011, 2013, and 2018..
At the time, I was told I had severe ptosis, so I underwent ptosis correction (I remember it being non-incisional) + epicanthoplasty.
I had it done at a male-specialized plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong. I looked it up now and it still seems to have some recognition, but the director seems to have changed.
I had the surgery in 2012, and I said I wanted the eyes to look as natural as possible and absolutely did not want the double eyelid to be visible.
Maybe because of that, even now, when I say I had plastic surgery, people often ask if I really had my eyes done.
About 6 months after surgery, when I opened my eyes with force, I had a sharp tingling pain above the eyelid, so I had one revision surgery.
Since then, I have been doing fine without any major problems until now, but maybe because it has been a long time, when I went around getting estimates again, they said everything had loosened.
And when I am not opening my eyes sharply and just staying as usual, I also hear that my eyes are starting to look sleepy. I am thinking about having surgery once again.
To prevent it from loosening, would I need to do it with an incision..? I do not want to get double eyelids though.. sob
