I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery, and they focused a lot on eye symmetry! I do have some asymmetry between my eyes, and they explained ways to improve it. They also said that for epicanthoplasty, if the difference bothers me, it would be good to think of it as an option! I often hear that I look sleepy, and only today did I finally find out why,,, Both the director and the consultation staff were kind!
