I have not had a CT scan yet, so I do not know about the cheekbones. If you are not after a doll-like line and want something natural, the cheekbone work seems okay. It has been over 4 months since the surgery, but I still have suture scars and indentations, and one side still feels stiff. I can hear sounds when opening my mouth. I strongly do not recommend the square jaw surgery. I got a secondary angle, and when I asked why they shaved so much, they said that much had to be shaved, and they ignored what I wanted and shaved it according to their own taste. One side was over-resected, so there is a slight hollow, and it was made into a wide-jaw look. The other side still feels lumpy, and they tied the sutures inside my mouth strangely, so something like a tendon under the tongue has formed on the gum and is bothersome. When I asked the coordinator to show me square-jaw photos, she said they would show me if I came in, but even though I came all the way up because I live in the provinces, there were no photosㅡㅡ In the end, they told me to look for them on an old blog. I was furious after coming back, but the coordinator had praised the surgeon so much, saying he was good at square-jaw surgery, which is why I went through with it. Sigh... she's just a pretty coordinator with a kind tone.
