Even when I tried to open my eyes in what I thought was a gentle way, what I always heard was, “Why do you open your eyes like that?” I don’t know if I should say I had sanpaku eyes, or that I opened my eyes with my forehead. Sometimes I looked like I had sleepy eyes, and until then I hadn’t thought much about my eyes, but after hearing comments like that over and over, I started seriously considering surgery. Originally I planned to do it right after graduating high school, but something came up, so I did it after graduating university. During university, I think I got mentally stronger in my own way, and no one said anything about my eyes, so I got by fine. I thought about just living like this, but once I went out into society, there were so many pretty girls lol, so I got surgery too. They say other people go to about 3-4 hospitals for consultations, but I didn’t have time, so I only went to two, and among them, I had surgery at the place that recommended double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. Rather than worrying that the line wouldn’t come out well, I was more worried that it would hurt, but it didn’t hurt that much, and the line came out better than I expected, so I’m very satisfied. And more than anything, my eyes don’t look sleepy like before. If I exaggerate a little, they look sparkling?? lol My family members are even happier than I am, saying the surgery went well. I should’ve done it sooner..
