A factory-style clinic, but they were kinder than I expected! I had about 5 Shrink sessions and 3 hair removal sessions. Procedurally, you do talk with the manager first, but it doesn't really feel like a consultation, more like agreeing to the terms right before paying? And the doctors only do the procedures you actually need, and they're pretty gentle and kind. The reason I go here even though it's far from home is that if you go to the homepage, the prices are all laid out clearly without having to dig around. They also run a lot of events, so the prices are relatively cheap, and after the procedure, if you leave a Happy Call review, they hold a raffle and let you try a mini procedure once. I've won twice so far and got two 100-shot Shrink sessions, so that was a huge win. I'm not sure about the professionalism.. Even if you reserve, there tends to be a wait, and there are a ton of people. Even during the worst of COVID, the skin care room was packed and the waiting chairs were full.. Still, if you're not getting a major procedure, it's a decent place to drop by casually.
