Originally I was going to raise the nose bridge with ear cartilage, but during the surgery the doctor realized my nose had a lot of soft tissue, so in the middle of it he discussed it with the person who came as my guardian and decided to use silicone instead. Was it because they hadn’t taken detailed photos during the consultation at first? I wanted a slimmer and more natural nose, so I ended up with just a natural-looking nose Still, it was raised naturally, so I’m generally satisfied.
