For my first rhinoplasty, I used donated rib cartilage and silicone, but my columella got sucked in completely and I ended up with a snub nose The hospital says this isn't a snub nose, but my original nose didn't have any snub-nose look at all, and I never imagined it would turn out like this I really just want to turn back time,, the scar from the alar reduction is also bad, and my nostrils are horribly uneven,, the hump wasn't shaved down and instead looks even more protruding than before^^ The manager is kind, but that's all.
