I looked into many hospitals and had consultations because of protruding ears, and this was the place that explained things most thoroughly and made me feel most comfortable during the consultation. The atmosphere was exactly like a typical plastic surgery clinic, and I also got the feeling that it was luxurious? cozy? Something like that. I first talked with the consultation coordinator, then had a detailed consultation with the director. I liked that they told me what kind of overall facial impression I would end up with. At other hospitals, the directors were all cold and only said what they wanted to say, but here they listened to the patient first and explained afterward, which I liked.
