I looked up reviews because I wanted to reduce my philtrum length, and Mano Plastic Surgery had the most reviews. I made a reservation and went in for a consultation, and while hearing all sorts of explanations, there was not really any overtreatment, and both the manager and the director explained things kindly. I had the surgery on the inner side, and because I was very scared, I chose sedation rather than local anesthesia. Even with sedation, the director was fast with their hands, so the surgery was over within an hour and I went home right away! When the anesthesia wore off, there was some throbbing pain, but it disappeared after about two days, and after the stitches were removed the swelling went down quickly, so daily life was not a problem at all. Every time I went in for follow-up, the director personally checked the surgical site, so I felt like I was being cared for all the way to the end.
