After surgery, on treatment days and follow-up days, the head director always checks you personally. (However, if the timing doesn’t work out and they go into surgery, you have to wait..)
They don’t excessively recommend materials no matter what. There are actually many reviews of implant-free surgery.
They don’t make the nasal tip pointy (more of a round, defined look).
And so on and so on.. I still have residual swelling, but I think the surgery went well.
