The consultation was very kind. They looked at the CT images and gave a detailed explanation of how it would be good to proceed and how they would correct the deviated nose, and they used a cotton swab to show what kind of shape would look prettier. For the surgical method, they recommended shaving down the hump, osteotomies on both sides, nasolabial angle correction, and removal of subcutaneous tissue from the columella. But the price was too expensive, so I gave up.
