I went after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance, intending to receive only laser treatment for freckles, melasma, and blemishes, but the consultation manager started estimating my face without me even asking and talked about fillers and various things, so I was flustered and felt pretty bad. Should I call it a salesperson mindset? It felt very burdensome, and it seemed like they were not focusing on what I was saying but making an estimate for what they wanted to create. Also, they said I couldn’t get the Clarity laser treatment that same day, so I only made a reservation and went back another time. I was satisfied with the first session, but after the second session, even after aftercare, it stung so much that my skin became extremely red and painful. Then they said weekend appointments were no longer available for Clarity, so I stopped going after that. Now I’m not sure if they don’t do laser at all anymore, but even the board on the website is gone.
