Consultation with manager: 30 minutes - consultation with director: 40 minutes - manager consultation: 10 minutes The manager was extremely kind and gave a detailed consultation, using her own surgery cases as examples, so I felt trust. The director was truly, unexpectedly, very sincere about the consultation. I was moved However, I was disappointed that the hospital does not do the pre-op tests itself, and I have to get tested at a partner hospital 5 minutes away.
