The doctor is kind in general, but has a bit of a 'I only say what I want to say' feeling. They're not the type who listens closely to the patient, but the surgery itself is neat. The consultation manager and the hospital staff are kind. It's true that compared to other large hospitals, the care machines and scar-laser management system are lacking, but if the doctor is good at surgery, then well..
