I had surgery 7 years ago, and it turned out naturally and nicely. However, the line on the left and right sides was set differently Back then, they kept saying the cut thread was pulling the left line, so I asked whether the lines on both eyes were different, but they said it was fine, and in the end it really did settle that way I was too busy to get revision surgery, but... overall I was satisfied, though it’s unfortunate that they ended up uneven.
