In 2011, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty at ㅈㅇㄹ in Sinsa, Gangnam. I have a lot of fat around my eyes, so they also excised fat during the surgery. After the epicanthoplasty stitches were removed, until almost a year later, I could see a thread protruding above the pinched area. I tried pulling it, and it actually pulled.. When I first realized a thread was visible, I was flustered. But I lived far away, and once I saw the thread, I became too scared of revision surgery to go back, so I think I endured it for almost a year. ㅠㅠ I was foolish... Then, in the month it had been one year, I happened to go to Seoul and stopped by. The consultant saw it and said AS was available up to one year, so I scheduled a revision dateㅠㅠ I was scared, but on the surgery day I met the director, and he said this was the first time something like this had happened while he was operating... What went wrong with me..?.... Anyway, he said the line had also gotten smaller, and if they pinched it again it might end up the same as before, so it would be better to make a slightly larger partial incision, so I did that. I’m very satisfied after having it redone. I think the larger line suits me well too. For the partial incision, they stitched two points on each eye.. If anything, the scar from where the thread had protruded before is darker, and the newly done area is not very visible. I still wonder why the thread protruded..ㅠㅠ
