They said my nasal bridge is low, I have a slight alar retraction and my columella is upturned, so I have a bit of a snub nose. They said if the bridge is raised, the tension could make that worse, so the snub nose needs a slight correction. To do that, they would take ear cartilage, lengthen the septum, and lower the alar cartilage a bit and tie it there. They said that since the nose itself has a high tip and a low bridge, I just need dermis inserted and the bridge raised. It seems like the safest option, but the avatar period is a bit of a concern for me.
