I had a bulbous nose style and was only planning to get nostril reduction surgery, but every hospital I went to told me to add height to the nasal bridge.. so I ended up doing it. My eyes are on the larger side, but the space between my brows is narrow, so before surgery I had decided to only do nostril reduction and nasal tip correction, but they kept persuading me about the nasal bridge, so I said okay and had it added. That was when the real problem started. I liked the shape of the nasal tip and the reduced nostrils, but I really didn’t like how the silicone shape showed through along the nasal bridge line, so I had it removed.. The hospital where I had surgery said they could remove it too, but ha.. I was worried they might recommend something else again, so I looked only for hospitals specializing in removal and visited one. The director’s consultation was also very brief. He checked the implant and checked my nose, only talked about removal, and didn’t talk about anything else at all. He didn’t even bring up revision surgery, so I chose this hospital and had the surgery. The director isn’t exactly the very friendly type. But he wasn’t trying to sell me something; he only talked about and explained the procedure I said I needed, so that’s why I had surgery there.. After taking it out, my nose did get lower, but there’s no silicone showing through, so I’m happier.. There may be a contraction period for a month or two, and my nose may change, but so far I’m very satisfied.. I don’t want to touch my nose anymore..

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
