I do not recommend buttock fat grafting here!!!!!! The director here pursues a small, tiny, baby-like butt. But then why, during the consultation, did they act like they would do it the way I wanted, saying, “uh-huh okay, I know what you mean, yes yes,” and then only grafted a very small amount around the pelvis and upper buttock.. I naturally have a pelvis, and I wanted grafting to the lower buttock. But the doctor kept refusing, saying it would look saggy and make my legs look short (they told me that during the design on the day of surgery). After surgery, during the consultation, I strongly protested that the hip dips and buttocks had not improved at all. At first they praised themselves saying it turned out well, and said I did not really need a second round, but when I seemed dissatisfied, we agreed to do a small second round. Honestly, their aesthetic preference is very firm, so I thought a second round would not improve much, and I wanted to go to another clinic. But since liposuction had already been done, if I had fat harvested again at a new place, the amount of fat obtainable would be small and it would probably be hard to see an effect. So reluctantly, thinking it would be better than now, I did the second round again. The result is better than before surgery. But they really put only a tiny bit into the butt. If I was going to spend that money, I would have gone somewhere famous for buttocks... sigh. My satisfaction is 30%.
I think they are good at liposuction. But they are not meticulous. There are areas that were not suctioned enough, and how should I put it, if there are areas 1, 2, and 3, it feels like they skipped 2 and suctioned 1 and 3. To suction 2 again, having to make a new hole just to remove that is the critical issue. But if I do not do it, it bothers me, and after 3 grafting and liposuction surgeries, I already have scars in 16 places on my body, and there are also two spots where they made another hole in an overlapping area. I have been steadily applying scar ointment for months, but they really do not disappear easily. Is there no tolerance issue with scar ointment...?
