I went for a nose consultation, but they told me to get philtrum reduction and fat grafting instead, saying they'd take fat from the thighs or waist/abdomen. I was flustered because they suddenly recommended such a huge operation, but with their characteristic self-confidence and consultation skills that leave you unable to think straight, someone like me who believes in fortune-telling and physiognomy even put down a deposit... Then after reading a few reviews about scars becoming irreversibly severe and about the consultation and the actual surgery being different, I canceled a week later.
