I developed a lot of my own aesthetic awareness here, and I trusted them and had surgery. First of all, the swelling lasts almost 6 months. For about 3 months, I looked like a gorilla, so going out was completely impossible My nose became extremely blunt and upturned, the cartilage showed through, and the columella disappeared too, so I had revision surgery. As for the philtrum, at first I wondered if it had gotten shorter, but it seems to have gone back to the way it was. I think it just gives an optical illusion. But there are parts I’m satisfied with too: the lip fat grafting and nasolabial fold fat grafting turned out amazingly well, so my face did improve a lot.. But ^_^ if I could go back, absolutely… yes…
